Construction Update: CSX Bridge Replacement Project over the South Fork of the New River in Fort Lauderdale
Please note the following upcoming impact to marine traffic as part of the ongoing replacement of the CSX Railroad rolling lift bridge just west of I-95 over the south fork of the New River:
The New River Channel will be closed to marine traffic Monday through Friday evenings beginning Wednesday, June 8 through Wednesday, June 29 between 9:30 p.m. and 6 a.m. while the contractor performs railroad installation work on the movable span with the bridge in the lowered position.
